Companion Pricing for Additional Person

For a limited time, the monthly rent for one additional person living in the same apartment is $500 per month for either Independent Living or Assisted Living.

Community/Amenity Fee

A $750 advance payment will reserve your apartment for 45 days. A full refund of your deposit is guaranteed if you do not move into The Atrium.

Pet Policy

A $500 non-refundable pet deposit is required, if applicable. A limit of one pet per apartment, maximum weight 25 pounds, is permitted. (Please see complete Pet Policy)
